Change of Mind / Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all protective films and labels. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all protective films intact.

We’ll issue an RMA and return instructions.

Include the RMA note inside the box.

Consumer Customers
We honor the legal guarantee applicable at your delivery address:
- Spain: 3 years from delivery for new goods. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may be agreed but not less than 1 year.
- Other EU countries: At least 2 years from delivery (national rules may grant longer periods).
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation
- Liquid damage or flex damage
- Normal wear (e.g., expected battery capacity loss due to cycles)
- Third-party repair attempts
- Accidental damage or misuse
This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)
Please report DOA items within 7 days of delivery for an advance replacement or refund.
Quick Resolution
For Dead-on-Arrival items, we prioritize your case to ensure minimal disruption. We typically process DOA replacements within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item.
